    How to benefit from FFVolley Supervisor/Licensed prices ?

    As a supervisor or FFVolley licensee, access dedicated prices by following the process :

    Go to the session of your choice. Click on “Advantage code”. Insert your license number. Then take advantage of the supervisory or licensed price by selecting the category that interests you.

    How to buy tickets for a FFvolley match?

    To buy tickets on our online ticketing service, you must first select an event open for sale. You will then be redirected to the seating plan and the available categories. Choose your seat via the automatic allocation and then choose the prices. Before proceeding to payment, you will need to log in to your customer account or create one. Proceed to payment to validate your purchase.

    What are the official channels to buy tickets for a FFvolley match?

    The site billetterie.ffvolley.fr is the official site for the FFvolley match ticketing. Some matches may be sold through other distribution networks, we will inform you when this is the case. Tickets will be on sale on site each day of the competition.

    How many tickets can I buy for a FFvolley match?

    It is possible to buy a maximum of 9 tickets per order for each FFvolley match. For all orders above 9 seats, we invite you to redirect to the purchase of Groups/CSEs and/or Clubs.

    How long before a match starts do the doors open?

    As a general rule, the gates open 1 hour before the start of the match. We advise you to take note of the various communications made by the FFvolley and to look at the indications on your tickets.

    Are tickets free for children?

    All children over the age of 3 will require a paid ticket to enter the venue. Under 3 years old, parents must collect a free ticket directly from the ticket office on the day of the match which will allow the child to enter the hall and sit on a parent's lap.

    I haven't received my order confirmation, how can I find my order?

    You can find all your orders in your personal space, in the "My orders" tab.  As for your confirmation email, we invite you to check your junk mail.

    I want to change or cancel my order, what do I do?

    In accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale, tickets for a sporting event and associated services are not subject to a right of withdrawal. Tickets cannot be returned or exchanged. All orders are therefore firm and final.

    How do I download an invoice following my purchase?

    You can find and download your invoice from your personal space in the "My orders" tab.

    I can't download my e-tickets?

    Your tickets will be available for download as the competition approaches. An email will be sent to you as soon as the tickets are available for download.   
    In the meantime, you can find all your orders on your personal space in the "My orders" tab.

    What happens if a payment is rejected?

    If your payment has failed, the order will not be validated. You will have to place an order with another valid payment method.

    What should I do if I have forgotten my password?

    If you have forgotten your password or if you have any problems accessing your personal space, please click on "forgot password".   
    You will then receive an email detailing the procedure for resetting your password.

    How can I change my password?

    You can change your password at any time from your personal space in the "My profile" tab.

     I want to change my email, how do I do it?

    You can change your email address at any time from your personal space in the "My information" tab.  
    As a reminder, your email is your login to access your personal space.

  5. B2B ticketing offers

    I am a club, a company, a works council or an association and I would like to order tickets. How can I do this?

    Companies, associations and clubs can order more than 10 tickets per order directly from our sales department.  
    You will find all the information about ordering this type of product on our dedicated tab "Our special offers".

    Are there any Hospitality offers?

    A dedicated Hospitality programme will be available soon, you can sign up to the alerting system on the homepage to be informed as soon as the sales open.

  6. Our disability offers

    I am a person with a disability or reduced mobility and I want to buy tickets.

    To purchase PSH tickets, please contact customer service via the contact form with details of your request. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

  7. Other information

    What happens if my match is cancelled/reposted?

    In the event of a match being cancelled, purchasers will be refunded, as soon as possible, directly to the card used at the time of purchase. In the event of a match being postponed, purchasers will have the choice of either being reimbursed or keeping their valid tickets for the postponed match. The FFvolley may have to modify the programmes, the distribution and the schedules of the matches, these modifications do not entail any exchange or refund.

    Will there be ticket offices on match days?

    Yes, a ticketing team will be present to welcome you, guide you, help you and give you the possibility to buy tickets according to the filling of the matches.

    How to consult the general sales conditions of the ticketing service?

    Our general terms and conditions of sale are accessible from the "General terms and conditions of sale" section at the bottom of the page when you are on our home page.
